Welcome to Oxford Tango Embrace. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our classes, workshops, and related activities. By booking or attending our classes, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Bookings and Payments
1.1 Bookings for group and private classes can be made online through our website or directly in person at our venue.
1.2 Payment may be made online at the time of booking, or in person before the start of the class.
1.3 All fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 For group classes:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class start time will receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
2.2 For private lessons:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
2.3 Oxford Tango Embrace reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Participation and Safety
3.1 Dance activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own health and safety.
3.2 You agree to inform us of any medical conditions or injuries before participating.
3.3 Oxford Tango Embrace and its instructors are not liable for injuries or health conditions arising from participation, except where caused by negligence on our part.

4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Respectful and courteous behaviour is expected towards instructors and other participants.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who engage in inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behaviour.
4.3 Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All class content and teaching materials are the intellectual property of Oxford Tango Embrace and may not be reproduced, recorded, or distributed without written permission.
5.2 Photographs used on our website are credited to their respective owners, as listed in our Photo Credits and Copyright section. These images remain the intellectual property of their original creators and may not be reproduced without their permission.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 We collect and store personal data (e.g., contact details) solely for class administration and communication.
6.2 We will not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law.
